Refund Policy.
We make custom digital work to order and take payment in crypto. Because of both, payments are final. This page sets out exactly how refunds work — and where, instead, we make things right through the work itself. Last updated 26 July 2026.
Custom work, made to order.
Everything the Studio makes is bespoke digital work, built to your brief and produced specifically for your project — a site, a content pack, an AI agent, custom development. Once we begin, that time and work cannot be un-spent or resold to anyone else. Combined with the fact that we are paid in crypto, this means payments to the Studio are final. Please read this policy before you pay; sending a payment confirms you accept it.
Crypto is final
On-chain payments cannot be reversed, so payments to the Studio are non-refundable.
Deposits stay
Deposits and upfront payments reserve our time and are non-refundable.
We fix, not refund
If something is off, the remedy is revisions and completion — not a cash-back.
Cancel forward
Monthly plans can be stopped for the future; the current paid period is not refunded.
All payments are final.
All payments to the Studio are made in crypto and settle on public blockchains. On-chain transfers are irreversible by design — there is no bank, card issuer or intermediary who can claw a payment back, and we cannot “un-send” a transaction. For this reason, all payments to the Studio are final and non-refundable except where this policy expressly says otherwise, or where a refund is required by a law that applies to you and cannot be excluded.
You are responsible for paying the correct amount, on the correct network, to the correct address shown in your payment request. We cannot recover funds sent to a wrong address or on a wrong network, and such a mistake is not grounds for a refund from the Studio.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Many projects begin with a deposit or an upfront payment. That payment reserves a slot in our schedule, takes your project off the market for other clients and funds the first work on it. Deposits and upfront payments are therefore non-refundable — including if you change your mind, pause, go quiet, or decide not to continue after the deposit is paid.
Once work has started.
Work begins once your task is approved and payment is confirmed. From that moment, the payment for that work is non-refundable, because our time is already committed and the output is custom to you. This applies at every stage of production and after delivery — a finished site, a produced content pack, a configured agent or shipped code cannot be returned, so there is nothing to refund.
If you cancel a project mid-way, any payment already made stays with the Studio to cover the work done and the time reserved, and any remaining balance for work not yet done simply is not charged. We do not invoice you for work we did not do — but we do not refund payment for work already underway or completed.
If we fall short, we fix it.
We stand behind our work. If what we deliver does not match the brief you approved, the remedy is that we put it right — through revisions and completion, not a refund. Tell us what is off and we will correct, finish or redo the work until it matches what was agreed. Revision rounds are included in every order for exactly this reason.
Your remedy for any issue with an order is limited to this: the completion, correction or re-doing of the agreed work. This is a policy about the direction of the work, not about outcomes we never promised — dissatisfaction with your token's market performance, community size, price or trading is not a delivery failure and is not grounds for a refund. Nothing here removes any right you have under a law that applies to you and cannot be waived.
Subscriptions and monthly services.
Some services — like ongoing content or AI agents running your channels — are billed monthly. You can cancel a monthly service at any time, and cancellation stops the next billing period so you are not charged again. Cancelling takes effect going forward.
The period you have already paid for is non-refundable and runs to the end of its term — we keep serving you until then. We do not give partial-month or pro-rata refunds for time left in a period you have already paid, and unused capacity in a plan (posts, clips, coverage) does not roll over or convert to a refund.
No chargebacks.
Because payments are made in crypto and not by card or bank, there is no chargeback or payment-reversal mechanism, and none applies to your orders. If you have a concern about an order, the way to resolve it is to talk to us — not to attempt a reversal, which is not technically possible on-chain. Raising a dispute with a third party instead of working with us does not change the terms of this policy.
We sort things out in good faith.
If you are not happy with something, come to us first — most concerns are a quick conversation and a round of revisions away from being solved. Message your manager in the order chat, or reach support on Telegram or by email, and give us a fair chance to make it right through the work. We handle every dispute in good faith and aim for an outcome that is reasonable for both sides.
Credit toward future work.
In rare cases, and entirely at our own discretion, we may offer a credit toward future work as a goodwill gesture — for example if circumstances genuinely warrant it. Any such credit is optional on our part, is not a cash or crypto refund, has no cash value, and cannot be demanded or treated as a right. Offering credit once does not oblige us to do so again, and does not change the rest of this policy.
Changes and how to reach us.
This Refund Policy forms part of our Public Offer and should be read alongside it. We may update it from time to time; the current version always lives on this page with its “last updated” date, and the version in force when you pay for an order governs that order. Continuing to use the Studio after a change means you accept the updated policy.
Questions about this policy or a specific order? Reach us on Telegram, through the contact page, or by email at [email protected]. We would always rather talk it through than leave you unhappy.
Know the terms, then build.
We confirm every number and scope before you send a single payment — so there are no surprises to refund.
