Legal · Public Offer

Public Offer.

The master agreement between you and AURA. It sets out how you order, how you pay in crypto, what we deliver and the terms we both work under. Last updated 26 July 2026.

01 · The offer

Who we are and what this is.

AURA (“AURA”, “the Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a crypto launch studio. We design and build launch sites, produce content, run AI agents and take on development for crypto projects. Every service can be ordered on its own or combined into a full launch package.

This Public Offer (the “Offer” or “Terms”) is a legally binding agreement between the Studio and you or the entity you represent (“you”, “the Client”). By accessing the site, creating an account, submitting an order, approving a task or sending a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of this Offer, please do not place an order or make a payment. You also confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.

Estimates first

Prices shown are estimates. The final amount is confirmed with you before any payment.

Crypto only

Payment is in USDT or SOL, sent on-chain to the Studio's wallets. Transfers are irreversible.

You own the work

Rights to the delivered work transfer to you once the order is paid in full.

No outcome promises

We deliver work, not market results. We never guarantee price, volume or financial outcomes.

02 · Orders and pricing

Ordering, briefs and estimates.

2.1 Where you order

Orders are placed and managed inside your account (the dashboard, or “cabinet”) on this site. There you build an order, review the scope, chat with your manager, approve the task, pay and receive delivery. The dashboard is the single source of truth for what was agreed.

2.2 Prices are estimates

Any price shown in the configurator, on the pricing page or in early chat is an estimate, not a fixed quote. Real scope changes the number. Before you are asked to pay anything, we confirm the exact figure, the currency and what it includes as part of task approval. You only ever pay against a confirmed amount you have seen and accepted.

2.3 Brief and scope approval

Every order runs on an agreed brief. We prepare a task and scope from your request; you review it and either confirm it or send notes. Work only begins on the scope you have approved. Anything outside that approved scope — new pages, extra content, custom development, smart contracts — is quoted, approved and paid separately before it starts, so the cost is never a surprise.

03 · Payment

Payment is in crypto.

3.1 Accepted assets and networks

We accept payment in crypto only: USDT on TRON (TRC20) and Ethereum (ERC20), and SOL or USDT on Solana. USDT and SOL are the defaults. If you need another asset or network, agree it with your manager in the order chat before sending anything. We do not accept cards, bank transfers or cash.

3.2 Non-custodial and irreversible

Payments are sent on-chain from your own wallet directly to the Studio's receiving wallets. We are non-custodial: we never hold your keys or your funds, and there is no intermediary who can reverse a transfer. Blockchain transactions are final by design. You are solely responsible for sending the exact amount, on the correct network, to the correct address shown in your payment request. We are not liable for funds lost to a wrong address, wrong network, wrong amount or a mistake on your side.

3.3 When work begins

Work begins after your payment is confirmed on-chain, not before. The order waits at “awaiting payment” until the network confirms your transaction; once it clears, the order advances into production automatically. Where a project is split into stages, each stage begins after its payment is confirmed. A price quote or held rate is valid only for the short window shown at checkout; outside that window, request a fresh quote.

04 · Delivery

Delivery and timelines.

We move fast. A simple launch site is typically live in about 2 hours from an approved brief. Content packs and AI agents usually start within a day. Larger, multi-page or custom development builds take longer and are given their own timeline, which we share and agree with you before you pay.

Timelines are good-faith targets that assume you provide what we need on time. They start from the moment the brief is approved and payment is confirmed, and they pause while we wait on materials, feedback or approvals from your side. A delay caused by missing input from you extends the timeline by at least the length of the delay and is not a breach by the Studio.

Delivery happens inside your dashboard: the live site and its files, the content pack, the running agents or the shipped code, along with what you need to use them. An order is treated as delivered when the agreed work is handed over, whether or not you have started using it.

05 · Revisions

Revisions are part of the order.

Every order includes revision rounds. If the delivered work does not match the approved brief, tell us and we will fix it — iteration is part of the price, never an upsell. Revisions cover correcting and refining the agreed work: adjusting copy, tightening a design, re-cutting a clip, tuning an agent's replies.

Revisions do not cover new scope. A change of direction, added pages or features, a new concept or a fresh brief is new work: we are glad to do it, and it is quoted and paid separately. We may set a reasonable number of rounds or a feedback window for an order; we will tell you if a request crosses from a revision into new work before we treat it as billable.

06 · Your part

What we need from you.

A fast build depends on a responsive client. To hold your timeline, you agree to: provide the materials we ask for — brand assets, text, links, access and references — in usable form; give clear, timely feedback and approvals at each checkpoint; and nominate one point of contact who can make decisions for your project.

You are responsible for everything you send us. You confirm that you own or are licensed to use the content, names, logos and assets you provide, that they do not infringe anyone's rights, and that your project and your use of our work comply with the laws that apply to you. You will not use the Studio for anything illegal, fraudulent or deceptive, and you will keep your wallet details and account credentials accurate and secure.

07 · IP and confidentiality

Ownership and confidentiality.

7.1 Rights transfer on full payment

Ownership of the deliverables we create for your order transfers to you once that order is paid in full. Until full payment is received, all work — including drafts, previews and files — remains the property of the Studio, and any preview or access granted before then is for review only, not for public or production use. Third-party or licensed components (fonts, stock, libraries, platform tools) stay under their own licences, and your rights to them are whatever those licences allow.

7.2 Confidentiality

We keep your project confidential. We do not share your unreleased work, tickers, plans or materials with anyone outside the team working on your order, and we are glad to sign an NDA before you send anything sensitive. You agree to keep confidential any non-public methods, tools or pricing we share with you.

7.3 Portfolio

Once your work is public, we may show it in our portfolio and marketing as an example of what we do, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. If your project is under NDA or you ask us not to, we will keep it out of our portfolio.

08 · Risk and no guarantees

No financial or market guarantees.

We build the tools around a launch — sites, content, agents and software. We do not promise, guarantee or imply any market or financial outcome. Nothing we deliver is a guarantee that a token will list, hold a price, gain volume, attract holders, raise funds or succeed in any way. We give no investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and nothing on this site or in our work is a solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

Crypto is high-risk. Tokens are volatile and can lose all their value; on-chain transactions are irreversible; networks, wallets and third-party platforms can fail; and the legal treatment of crypto varies by country and changes over time. You take on these risks yourself. You are responsible for your own compliance — including any registrations, disclosures, licences or tax obligations that apply to your project — and for the legality of your token and your launch in every place you operate.

09 · Liability

Limitation of liability.

The Studio's services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any lost profit, lost revenue, lost tokens, lost funds, lost data, missed listing or lost opportunity, arising out of or connected with your order, our work or your project — even if we were told such loss was possible.

Where we are found liable despite the above, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you actually paid the Studio for that specific order. We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including blockchain congestion, wallet or exchange issues, third-party platform outages, API changes, hosting failures, or acts of government — and we are not responsible for how you use, host, deploy or operate the work after delivery.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Studio harmless from any claim, loss or cost arising from your project, your content, your token or your breach of these Terms. Refunds, where they apply at all, are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of this Offer.

10 · Terms and contact

Acceptance, changes and contact.

10.1 Acceptance

Using the Studio means accepting this Offer. Creating an account, placing an order, approving a task or sending a payment each confirm your acceptance of these Terms as they stand at that time, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

10.2 Changes to these terms

We may update this Offer from time to time. The current version always lives on this page with its “last updated” date. Orders already confirmed and paid are governed by the version in force when you accepted them; new orders are governed by the version in force when you place them. Continuing to use the Studio after a change means you accept the updated Terms. If any part of this Offer is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
