Privacy Policy.
What we collect, why we collect it, where it lives and the rights you have over it. We keep data to a minimum and never sell it. Last updated 26 July 2026.
Minimal data, kept safe.
AURA (“AURA”, “the Studio”, “we”, “us”) is a crypto launch studio. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we handle when you use our site and dashboard, why we handle it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors, account holders and clients.
Our approach is simple: collect only what we need to run your project, keep it on our own infrastructure, never sell it, and share it with as few parties as possible. Because we are paid in crypto, we do not collect card numbers or bank details, and we do not run a KYC process.
The data we handle.
Grouped by why it reaches us. We ask for what a project needs and no more.
Account details
Your email, name, company or project name, and a password stored only as a secure hash — never in plain text.
Contact and links
Handles you give us to reach you and understand the project — Telegram, your website and similar links.
Order content
Your order briefs, the messages in your order chat, and any files or materials you upload for the work.
Payment data
The crypto wallet address you pay from and the transaction hash — the on-chain details needed to confirm a payment.
We also handle a small amount of technical data that any site sees — such as your session and basic request and log information — which is used to keep the service running and secure. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not track you across other websites.
Why we use your data.
We use your data to deliver the service and nothing unrelated to it. Specifically: to create and secure your account; to build, produce and deliver your order; to communicate with you through the order chat and about your project; to confirm crypto payments by matching your wallet address and transaction hash on-chain; to provide support and handle revisions; to keep the service reliable and safe; and to meet any legal obligations that apply to us.
We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and we do not use your private briefs, files or chats to advertise to you. We may use aggregated, non-identifying information to understand and improve the service.
The basis for using it.
Where data-protection law such as the GDPR applies, we rely on these bases: performance of a contract — to take and deliver your order and run your account; legitimate interests — to secure the service, prevent abuse, communicate about your project and improve what we do, balanced against your rights; consent — where you choose to give us optional information or opt in to something, which you can withdraw at any time; and legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep or disclose certain records.
Where it lives, and cookies.
5.1 Our own servers
Your data is stored on the Studio's own servers and infrastructure. We keep the moving parts few on purpose: fewer systems means fewer places your data can go. Passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes, so nobody — including us — can read your password.
5.2 Cookies
We use cookies only where they are needed for the service to work — mainly a session cookie that keeps you signed in to your dashboard, and a small preference such as your chosen language, which is stored on your own device. We do not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies. Blocking essential cookies may stop you from signing in.
Who we share it with.
Almost no one. We do not sell or trade your personal data. We share it only where it is genuinely necessary: with the members of our team working on your order; with a small number of infrastructure providers that help us run the service (such as hosting), under confidentiality and only to the extent needed; and where the law requires it, such as a valid legal request. If the Studio is ever restructured or transferred, your data may pass to the successor under the same commitments in this Policy.
One thing to keep in mind: your crypto payments happen on public blockchains. Wallet addresses and transactions are visible on-chain to anyone by the nature of the network — that is outside our control and not something we publish, but it is worth knowing when you choose which wallet to pay from.
How long we keep it.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards — to support you, honour warranties and revisions, keep records of completed work, and meet legal or accounting duties. Order records and payment references may be held longer where we are required to keep them.
When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data at any time (see your rights below); we will do so except for the minimum we must keep by law.
The rights you have.
It's your data. Exercise any of these by emailing us — we act on genuine requests promptly.
Access
Ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it.
Correction
Have inaccurate or outdated details corrected or completed.
Deletion
Ask us to delete your account and personal data, subject to legal limits.
Object and withdraw
Object to certain uses, withdraw consent, or ask for a portable copy of your data.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected] from the address on your account, or message us on Telegram. We may need to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data. These rights are free to use; if a request is clearly excessive or repetitive we may explain why before proceeding. If you are in a region with a data-protection authority, you also have the right to complain to it.
How we protect it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: traffic to the site is encrypted in transit; passwords are stored only as secure one-way hashes; access to client data is limited to the people who need it for your work; and we keep our stack small to reduce exposure. No system is ever perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — but we design to minimise what could go wrong and to hold as little sensitive data as possible.
You have a part to play too: use a strong, unique password, keep your account and wallet credentials private, and let us know immediately if you think your account has been accessed by someone else.
Children and international transfer.
10.1 Not for under-18s
The Studio is for adults. Our service is not directed at children, and it is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; if you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
10.2 International transfer
We work with clients worldwide, and our servers and team may be located in a different country from you. By using the Studio you understand that your data may be processed in countries other than your own, whose data-protection laws may differ. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the commitments in this Policy.
Changes and how to reach us.
We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves or the law changes. The current version always lives on this page with its “last updated” date; for significant changes we will make a reasonable effort to flag them. Continuing to use the Studio after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
For any privacy question or request, reach us on Telegram, through the contact page, or by email at [email protected]. This Privacy Policy forms part of our Public Offer and should be read alongside it and our Refund Policy.
